Vegans
I’m getting bored of these cunts telling everyone what they should be eating.
You’ve got universities banning red meat, celebrities telling us not to eat meat and work places having to cater for this rubbish.

In ten years time ‘meat’ restaurants will be a niche and everyone will be eating this tasteless shit, men will have the lowest testosterone levels ever and the rest will have vitamin B & D deficiencies.

Don't listen to them and tuck into a lovely bacon sandwich instead? As far as I am aware you are still in the majority.

Re: Vegans
Good luck to vegans and people who insist on eating healthily.

Personally as I'm not keen on food in general, I've always gravitated to the stuff that's meaty and bad for me and I couldn't give a shit if it takes years off of my life.

Circle of life and would never feel guilty about eating meat, as they're thick cunts.

Would obviously draw the line at dogs!

In the very near future all of your meat will be grown from stem cells.

Google ‘Memphis Meats’. I believe Bill Gates and Richard Branson have invested in them.

Re: Vegans
grumpster, eating meat is essential to a healthy diet.

Anyone who suggests otherwise is a complete cunt.

Re: Vegans
I read somewhere the other day a vegan diet puts you at a higher risk of strokes apparently so I guess with all these studies you have to choose between which disease you would prefer!!!! I would say I am a carnivore but I don't have an issue with vegans if they keep it to themselves. It's the "activists" that piss me off. You wouldn't get meat eaters storming a vegan restaurant or standing in front of the vegetable aisle in a supermarket!!

Re: Vegans
Eating meat is one component of our natural life style.

Doing insane amounts of exercise by modern standards (even gathering is energy intensive, let alone hunting) is another.

Meat eating is unhealthy in a sedentary lifestyle. As I have a sedentary job and eat meat, I do a lot of exercise (by the standards of my age group, anyway).

Re: Vegans
The problem with veganism is that vegans themselves know so little about it.

On one hand you are cruel if you eat meat.

But the amount of wild animals that have to be killed/controlled in order to protect crops and grow them on a large scale is astronomical. Whether the result of pesticides, shooting or trapping.

my point is:

If wild animals are controlled in order to grow crops for vegans.

and domestic animals are slaughtered for those who eat meat.

Are they not both as bad as each other?

I’m a level 5 vegan.

I don’t eat anything that casts a shadow.

WHO is rotating through the old classics. We had God/religion the other day.

Is it just lack of club football and/or political fatigue?

Actually eat a lot more meat than I did last time I had this out with people on here and a lot less carbohydrates.

Makes me feel much better. To each their own I would say.

Re: Vegans
Vegetables eat dead animals, so I try to avoid them.

Cows emit methane which is destroying the planet.

A combination of loads of vegetarians not eating meat is allowing the cow population to exponentially increase.

Myself and many other carnivore activists are single-handedly saving the planet by eating as many of these cows as quickly as we can. Give us time, we should crack this over the next few millennia.

Re: Vegans
I'm a dedicated devourer of dead creatures but I'll tell you this. When I was younger I worked in 5 different restaurants as waiter and the best food by far was the vegetarian one.

The owner wasn't vegetarian and only one of the three main chefs was vegetarian but they were great at their job. The food was delicious. If I lived near to that restaurant and it was the only option for me to eat I wouldn't complain at all.

I will be having a bacon and egg sandwich for lunch soon though.

One of my favourite pubs in my town centre is closing down to become a "vegan sports bar" not even sure what that means.

Do vegans have their own sports?
